Relatives: που, ο οποίος, ό,τι
One word — που — does 90 % of the work. The rest: ο οποίος for precision, ό,τι and όποιος for “whatever” and “whoever”.

που — the universal one
Invariable, it renders who, whom, which, where: Ο άντρας που ήρθε (who came), το βιβλίο που διαβάζω (which I’m reading), το σπίτι που μένω (where I live). Don’t confuse it with accented πού (where?), the question word.
The film we saw yesterday was wonderful.
The house I live in is near the centre.
- Δεν ξέρω πού μένει τώρα.I don’t know where he lives now.
ο οποίος — when you must be precise
It declines (ο οποίος, η οποία, το οποίο…) and carries prepositions: ο φίλος με τον οποίο ταξιδεύω (the friend with whom I travel), η εταιρεία για την οποία δουλεύω. More formal; in speech you also hear που + pronoun: ο φίλος που ταξιδεύω μαζί του.
The friend with whom I travel is Swiss.
The woman whom I saw yesterday is a lawyer.
The friend I travel with, he’s Swiss.
ό,τι, όποιος, όσος — the generalisers
ό,τι = whatever (Πάρε ό,τι θέλεις — take whatever you want) — the internal comma distinguishes it from ότι (“that”). όσος = as much/many as (Πάρε όσα θέλεις).
Take whatever you like from the fridge.
Whoever wants to can come with us.
Take as many books as you want.
- Νομίζω ότι έχεις δίκιο.I think that you’re right.

What is the difference between που and πού in Greek?
«Που» without an accent is the relative pronoun — who, whom, which, where: «Η ταινία που είδαμε» (the film we saw). «Πού» with an accent is the question word “where”: «Πού μένεις;» (where do you live?). In writing, the accent is the only difference.
When should I use ο οποίος instead of που?
When you need precision or after a preposition, because «ο οποίος» declines: «ο φίλος με τον οποίο ταξιδεύω» (the friend with whom I travel). It is more formal; in speech you also hear «ο φίλος που ταξιδεύω μαζί του».
What is the difference between ότι and ό,τι?
«Ότι» means “that” and introduces a clause: «Νομίζω ότι έχεις δίκιο» (I think that you are right). «Ό,τι», with the internal comma, means “whatever”: «Πάρε ό,τι θέλεις» (take whatever you want).
