Born and raised in Athens, I hold a degree in Philosophy-Pedagogy-Psychology (psychology track) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with postgraduate studies in Service Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business. I am currently pursuing a master’s at the Hellenic Open University, “Education and Technologies in distance teaching and learning systems”, to keep developing my teaching skills for today’s world. In Greece, throughout and after my studies, I gave private lessons in Ancient and Modern Greek, literature, essay writing and Latin to secondary-school students, preparing them for the Panhellenic exams. Based in Geneva since 2017, I teach Greek as a second/foreign language — Greek language and culture to children and adults, in Greek-language school structures in Switzerland as well as in private lessons. I have specialised in teaching Greek as a second/foreign language to children and adults, in special education and in adult education, and I keep training in education, psychology, new technologies and Greek-language didactics.
