Requesting deletion of your data

To request deletion of all your personal data, email privacy@grecfacile.ch from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Data deletion”.

We will delete your account and associated data (profile, progress, messages) within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain (e.g. payment records).

If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove the app’s access in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove “Grec facile”. This revokes access but does not delete data already stored.

To also delete data already stored with us, contact us at privacy@grecfacile.ch.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to your email address.
